If your product arrived
damaged by Fed Ex or UPS, please contact us within 3 buisness days to receive
a Return Authorization Number
so we have this picked up by Fed Ex and issue
We cannot except returns after 10 days if we have not heard
from you as Fed Ex will not reimburse us after this time. We will make every effort
satisfy our customers.
If the product arrives with chipped paint
or chipped wood, we will need to issue a Return Authorization within 3 days to
get this packaged picked up if this
was caused by Fed Ex. If the customers
decided to keep the product and touch up the product themselves on minor blemishes
we will send out the
correct paint or item to fix this. We cannot except
returns after the decision has been made by the customer to touch up the paint
themselves. Fed ex will not reimbuse us because a call tag was
not originally issued at customers request.
