Creations by Kim will return any products that have been painted incorrectly by our artist. If this error was caused by the buyer when typing the information on our website, we cannot be responsible.

Privacy Policy

Creations by Kim intends to keep the relationships between itself and its customers within the confines of Creations by Kim. This means that no customer's personal information will be sold, leased, or otherwise distributed to any outside organization, unless it is a necessary part of processing your transaction (i.e. your name and address will be shared with UPS, so that they can deliver your package to you)

Security Policy:

Creations by Kim uses a secure socket layer (SSL) software that is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Disclaimer:

We try really hard to make sure that everything on our pages are correct. We double check descriptions and prices to make sure there are no errors. Sometimes we do make mistakes. If we make one, we'll apologize and do everything we can to make things right. If we make an error in a price or description, we reserve the right to correct it. If you place an order, and we find a pricing error, or an error in the description, you have the right to cancel your order. If you decide not to, and you want to keep your order and pay the correct charges on the product, we will be happy to make the correct changes and ship this out. Damaged Merchandise

If your product arrived damaged by Fed Ex or UPS, please contact us within 3 buisness days to receive a Return Authorization Number
so we have this picked up by Fed Ex and issue a claim.

We cannot except returns after 10 days if we have not heard from you as Fed Ex will not reimburse us after this time. We will make every effort to
satisfy our customers.

If the product arrives with chipped paint or chipped wood, we will need to issue a Return Authorization within 3 days to get this packaged picked up if this
was caused by Fed Ex. If the customers decided to keep the product and touch up the product themselves on minor blemishes we will send out the
correct paint or item to fix this. We cannot except returns after the decision has been made by the customer to touch up the paint or product
themselves. Fed ex will not reimbuse us because a call tag was not originally issued at customers request.
